DMCA Copyright Policy

At fabbalanccheck.ae, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines our procedures for copyright holders who believe their work has been infringed upon on our website, and for users who believe material was removed in error. We comply with the requirements of the U.S. DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) even though our site is based in the United Arab Emirates, as it provides a widely recognized framework for online copyright enforcement.

To submit a notice of alleged copyright infringement or a counter‑notification, please contact our designated DMCA agent using the information below:

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material on fabbalanccheck.ae infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our DMCA agent that includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.

  2. Identification of the infringing material on our website, including a description and the specific URL or location where the material is found.

  3. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.

  4. A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

  6. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the material and provide them with a copy of the notice.

Submitting a Counter‑Notification

If your content has been removed from FABBalanceCheck.ae in response to a copyright complaint and you believe this removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter‑notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter‑notification should include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal courts in the district where you reside (or, if you reside outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid counter‑notification, we may restore the removed material unless we receive notice from the original complainant that they have filed a court action to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity. We will also forward your counter‑notification to the person who submitted the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

FABBalanceCheck.ae has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access privileges of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove access to material or content at our discretion, and we may terminate a user’s ability to post or upload content if they repeatedly infringe or are otherwise abusive.

Fair Use and Exceptions

Please note that certain uses of copyrighted material may not require permission under the law. U.S. copyright law allows “fair use” of a copyrighted work for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship and research. If you believe material is being used in accordance with fair use or other legal exceptions, please indicate this in your notice or counter‑notification.
